Backpatches will be shipped folded unless a parcel shipping option is chosen, as identified by the word parcel used in the wording, due to size limitations of the postal service. If youre unsure, please message us before purchasing. 

Uninsured shipping, as stated in more detail in our shipping policies, is on risk of the buyer, unfortunately meaning we cannot offer any support in case of loss. Incase of damage during shipping, please read our policies in detail before opening your package, otherwise you might not be eligible for a refund/reshipment. 

We ship from the Netherlands, via PostNL. Other shipping carriers are available if you message us. We are best reached on social media, but we are also available via chat here on the website or via email. 

All items not made by us, as identified as having our signature background artwork and/or being in the "Whispers of death" tab, should be considered as 2nd hand/used items with possible flaws. By buying you agree to the condition as imaged, no refunds are given if condition is not as expected. This excludes major flaws that were not ina ny way visible on fotos.
