Backpatches will be shipped folded when a Letter option is chosen, and unfolded when a Parcel option is chosen, due to size limitations of the postal service. If youre unsure, please message us before purchasing or at the least before your order ships. 

Uninsured shipping, as stated in more detail in our shipping policies, is on risk of the buyer, unfortunately meaning we cannot offer any support in case of loss. Incase of damage during shipping, please read our policies in detail before opening your package, otherwise you might not be eligible for a refund/reshipment. 

We ship from the Netherlands, via PostNL, DHL or DPD. Other shipping carriers are available if you message us. You can give a preference in your order note, if needed we will send you a surcharge invoice. Shipping prices are an accurate indication, but incase of odd surcharges to your country due to distance or other circumstances, shipping may be higher than indicated. If you do not agree to these charges, you have the right to cancel your order for a full refund. 
If no preference is given, we will choose.
We are best reached on social media, but we are also available via chat here on the website or via email. 

All items not made by us, as identified as having our signature background artwork and/or being in the "Whispers of death" tab, should be considered as 2nd hand/used items with possible flaws. By buying you agree to the condition as imaged, no refunds are given if condition is not as expected. This excludes major flaws that were not in any way visible on fotos. For any more information on size or condition, message us Before buying.
